er um??? pardon??

all bonds are held by the relevent government rental authority.

no such thing as a "cash" bond in a real rental agreement.

Probably why he's asking mate, to see whether it's a real rental agreement or not...

Most pointless thread ever - pay the rent, if you haven't caused any damage then you will get your bond back... easy.
