It doesn't have a Ford badge anywhere on it.

And I don't think many have said they liked the styling, so I don't know what you're getting at.

In a nutshell, the problem is the D3 platform, Imagine a Territory with Falcon's body
stretched over the top of it, no matter what you do if the Foundation isn't right the rest
of the car is going to look out of proportion...and that before we talk about the styling.

If Ford wants to keep this confused, garish styling, they can kiss goodbye to international sales,
Aussie Max Wolfe needs to get in there and change the styling direction big time because,
the Lincoln brand is being cruelled big time by people who just don't know about or understand
what a luxury brand should be, it sticks out a mile that Ford cannot handle this genre, they
were clueless with Jaguar, Land Rover and Volvo, so why should Lincoln be any different.

Silk moth isn't it? My sister and I used to keep silkworms/moths when we were younger. I love the moths, too bad they can't fly.

It's why I keep thinking the thread title says crisis and not refresh.

Give it time, I'm confident he'll turn it around.

Not bad, it's a bit different.
Is the MKS their entry level exec model or their limo model?

No, entry level sedan is the Fusion (CD3/Mazda 6) based MKZ but what is more surprising
is that Ford is very strong with CUVs and SUVs yet Lincoln only has the Edge based MKS and Navigator.
for my money before worrying about sedans, Lincoln should be getting:
- New Escape based SUV, hopefully MKC
- Refreshed MKZ (which they are)
- New Aviator based on Explorer(fingers crossed, they will)
- Refreshed Navigator (A dead set starter in 2012)

MKZ is importanf but MKS not so much, SUVs and CUVs are of far more importance to Lincoln that the sedans...

They need to bring back a modern day Continental. Some of them were absolutely stunning cars.

Just ask JFK, he can't get out of his. Well some bits of him anyway

Territory as a Lincoln, it sits uniquely between Edge and Explorer, a new Lincoln top hat
would disguise its origin and you could ask serious money for a vehicle that could take
just about every RWD/AWD engine combo you could think of, a truly international car...
