Im looking to fit a tow bar to my car as im about to buy a jet ski. Ive had a look on eby and ive found this

I fitted a secondhand one to the LTD.
You have to remove the rear bar ( not hard to do ) and I had to cut some threads into the provided mounting holes for the cross braces. For some unknown reason the holes are there but with no threads cut in them. For the wiring I went to an auto elec and bought a couple of pins that plug into the connector behind the right hand rear taillight. You then just need a trailer plug and a bit of 5 core wire instead of the expensive connector they sell that plugs in. |
