Could be anything from front wheel drive/AWD to a 7 or 8 speed auto thats in it.
Who knows.
It could also have the Mustang IRS in it even.

Exactly..."who knows". Given the generally grotty condition of the rest of the car and mis-matched wheels, really why bother with a car bra unless you're hiding something?
Before there was such a thing as car bras they used to use gaffa tape or plastic strips to cover the actual shape of cutouts and headlights...once car bras were developed 9 out of 10 new models and development hacks "caught on camera" in those "scoop" pages in, for example, Wheels and Motor magazine, were snapped wearing one.
It used to be almost a sport amongst amateur photographers to catch these cars driving around, usually in remote outback and country areas doing testing.
