i haven't had a driveway service since i last visited Goulburn. i didn't know they had it, but it was great thing to get the car filled and windscreen washed without getting out of the car!

The attendant gets a raw deal, high exposure to benzenes etc. Short term gain (job) long term pain (death)

My mum would proberly pay $2 litre for fuel knowing she woldnt have to pump her own petrol.

I would only use it if they filled up my car while I go inside and buy a snack or drink.
Plus it would be annoying since my petrol cap requires the cars key to unlock it. I would rather do it myself then sit there doing nothing waiting for someone else to do it for me. |

My mum oftens complains about the lack of service from "service" stations these days. She would use it, But wouldn't pay anymore for something that should be just good customer service.
But more than 3/4s of staff working in servos these days would have just as much mechanical knowledge as my mum. Would you want them checking your oil and tyres?
