All,
starting to detect a bit of slip from the clutch and I was thinking that it may be a good time to explore short shifter kits to install before the clutch goes boom! Any of you got any experiences and sites to share? Cheers B |

I havent herd of anyone putting one in a 4cyl focus yet. Although a few of the Fiesta XR4 guys have, and love them.
The gearboxes are different, but some run the focus box because its tougher, so the kit may be compatible but im not 100% on it. Theres a bit of info here. Plus the site is interesting if you want to know about engine mods because the XR4 shares the same engine, so alot of the mods are compatible. http://www.fordxr4.com/forum/index.php/topic,842.0.html I say if you can find someone that makes the kit for the Focus gearbox go for it! |
