There are always complaints about the poor service from Ford Service Depts on FF.
But, I had my car in for a service and when I picked it up, it had damage to the right rear door. The service adviser said " it wasn't there when I checked the car in. Don't know how, must have happened in the workshop." so, door getting a respray and a loan car. No quibbles...be nice if its a G6E I can compare to my Ghia!!! So, not all Ford service departments are bad.....

Id say they didn't just pick it up. How bad is it? Silk is very hard to match, I hope they are painting the entire side, or atleast blending with the guard / rear door.
