Default Transfer rego and blue plate Qld to NSW

Howdy Folks, I am hoping someone can give me a bit of info? I have just sold my Qld registered XY to a fella in NSW. What i need to know is about the Engineers report thingy (blue plate) I only needed to get it for the change from 6 seats to 5 seats but he also added the change of engine (6 cyl to V8) and the 9" diff, seatbelts, gearbox, is this blue plate valid or transferable to NSW? or will the new owner need to get it re engineered?
Also is there any point in me supplying a RWC from Qld? i would have thought that a Qld RWC would be invalid in NSW?
Any info on these matters would be very much appreciated.
Cheers
Ed

If your car is fully registered legally supported with an engineers report, you can register it in any state. You must supply a certificate of roadworthiness and the original engineers report to transfer the registration. Once a car is registered with a RWC with the support of an engineers report, it has met the standard requirements and is deemed legal.

No point in getting RWC in QLD as the new owner will need to supply a NSW RWC for rego

Depends on the mods and the car - but have seen many cases where this is not true.

I have a Mk 3 Capri 2.8i import from the UK. It has the QLD compliance mod plate on it. It was then registered in NSW and is now registered in Victoria. There where no issues here in vic. The guy at vic roads just came out to admire it.
