Default Oil Recommendation

To my fellow FFers,
Some.opinion/rexcommendations needed. What would be the best suited oil for my AU SR series 3, 2002 model with 157ks. Servicing her soon and thought would see what are the best options out there. Mainly run it on LPG so aiming for LPG oil.
Cheers
Dan

Probably overkill, but I've been using nulon Full Synthetic 10W-40 Hi-Tech Fast Flowing Engine Oil in my 4.0 VCT, for a number of years. Pretty happy with it , but am open to suggestions for an oil that may quieten my slight lifter noise (when decelerating).

Cheers
