Default Just died

My daughter was driving her 95 Laser out of the garage and it just died. I know little about cars so started with the basics. Got spark but no fuel. Checked forum and followed a couple of threads. Found fuel pump no power. Found fuel pump relay is not pulling in. Power on one side of contacts. 12v positive one side of coil but no negative on other side. If I supply a negative relay pulls in. Traced green negative wire to computer box.
Will it be a dead computer or something else telling the computer not to give an output?

Cheers for any help.

Yep, was the ECU. Got another one from the wreckers and car goes good.
