as i posted earlier, no parent should take their child away from the other parent. if they can't live together, they split, but stay close to each other so the kids can see both parents each week, on christmas day, on their birthdays and so they can see the celebrating parent on that parents birthday

I know what you are saying and yes agree....Problem is, no one knows what the future holds. They were probably happy when the kids were born and the Mother was more than likely over the moon to live in that country

We can speculate whether all the kids were born in Italy, or not.....We can only speculate the circumstances behind the rulings in the first place..We can also only speculate why the mother decided she hated the country enough to leave.

I can understand why the mother wanted to have her kids with her...I can also undersand why the father fought to get the kids back....But I can't say definately one is at fault and the other isn't....I can only say, it does seem both parents love the kids, but they shouldn't be airing their dirty laundry through the media.
