Only last night coming home 2 guys in an maroon hsv wanted to have a race with me at the lights. It is so amazing, since i have had this car not one ford car has tried this but some how i seem to attract these moronic drivers, even done up suzuki swifts, toyota corolla,s to say the least, is it my imagination or is there adifferent type of people drive these cars and another type that drive fords.?

Ford drivers tend to respect each other's rides - i'd rather cruise along and get a look at a nice XR as opposed to try and blow its doors off.

I imagine its probably the same between the holden drivers. Or between 2 swifts or between 2 corollas etc etc...

Why would they be threatened? I'd be turned on

Generally all non-Ford drivers tend to be morons.. in my experience anyway. :MrT_anim:

The other Fords don't appear to challenge you as they already know your car is good - it's a FORD!

That's how I see it.

There seems to be a mutual respect between Ford drivers and therefore you won't get Ford guys trying to take you on at the lights.

Everyone else though, an entirely different story.

I'm intimidated already..and I love it..lol:

Seriously, even in the GT, seems like every 'lad' in a Jap manufactured car wanted to run me. Oddly enough many HSV owners appear quite well behaved but I can't say the same for their pove pack V6 commodore worshipers.
