Default Fix the search engine so we can use

Try and use the search function and it blows out any 3 letter words as to common. You would think that in a car site "oil" would come to be a important word.
Usually you can make statements that you wanted searched by adding + signs to join them.
Just something to make it easier so we dont get the same stupid questions again and again.

add a wildcard to the end and it will find anything shorter than the min letter count
i.e oil*
