Default Help please! Parts needed asap.

Ok, here's the deal. I currently have an ED sitting on my naturestrip, in rather a bad state. I did buy it that way. However, the towie dumped it on my nature strip, instead of up my driveway as I had requested.
The car has no keys. It also has a buggered LH (passenger) stub axle, actually the lower balljoint has snapped.
Basically, I need asap, a smart lock ignition lock (barrel not required, i have one) and either a hand-held press suitable for changing the lower ball joint or a lh stub axle.
If anyone has either of these parts and is located in south east melb (I'm in oakleigh) please let me know - I only need to borrow them to move the car into the back yard - then I'll be done, the car can fall to pieces there.

firstly you have to remove the stubaxle to remove the old balljoint, hold it up side down and remove the circlip and you can remove the old b/joint with some carefully placed hammer hits, but you need to press the new one in so first remove the stub alxe and just take it to any Garage with out the disc on it and let them do it for a few $$$. good luck with the ign, Isn't there a reasionable mobile mechanic there??

Mick: I figured you might :p Just gotta work out how to get there.
64compact: I know how to change the ball joint, but it's a waste of time and effort. Once the car is up the driveway it will be stripped of everything anyway. That is a kinda worst case scenario, cause i didn't want to waste a ball joint, but we'll see.
There may be a way around that, the ignition barrel is more important, last time i had one with no keys i had to angle grind the end off to get the damn barrel out, and there is really no need - the lock doesn't have to be on the column for it to work.

A hammer and cold chisel is sufficient to remove the barrel.

Yeah right! We also have 12 mechanics and only one torque wrench. And three sets of taps with all the useful ones missing. Not the most equipped workshop in the world. :P
We do have a press though - which will be used to replace ball joints tomorrow.

Moving the car isn't the problem - it will roll tomorrow once i put non-flat tyres on it.
The problem is that my driveway is uphill - about a 30 degree angle - and getting a run up is not a possibility. The car really has to drive. I'm working on it - going to inspect the rh front suspension now...
Come to think of it, why am i posting, i should be working?

i went to the wreckers today and got a stub axle for $20 bills, cheaper than buying a balljoint. and lots less work.

up the road mat 41 come grab all the bits you wunt of my old ED all i ask in return is if the parcle shelf donsent have the retracter on it can i grap the shelf of yu and the middle seat belt please
