Electric drivers seat

Hi all
First time posting here
Just wondering if anyone knows if a 1999 au fairmont has wiring for a electric drivers seat? I have a 02 au111 fairmont ghia that has come to the end of the road by way of hitting 3 skippys in two months.
Pulling out all the black interior to go in the 99 fairmont

you should find a small flap in the carpet under the drivers seat, in a Fairmont the wiring should already be there to plug straight into

I had a 2 pin plug in my AUII Mont. The Ghia seats I put in have the memory seat setup which have a 6 pin plug. I had to make an adaptor to power the electrics (I didn't bother setting up the memory functions). If you don't have that feature, it should be plug-and-play.

It just like yours mate, any chance you could give me a tip on how to rewire it. not having the memory seat doesn't worry me, just need it working.
Any advice would be much appreciated

Sorry it took so long. I forgot I posted in this thread! I just posted this in another thread though.

On the 8 pin plug, the power wire is red/green. Underneath it is a black wire, which is an earth. There is another earth at the other side of the plug, which is black/yellow. These are the only 3 you'll need. Connect the 2 earth wires to the earth on the 2 pin plug (black). The other pin on this plug will connect to your power wire on the 8-pin (the red/green wire). Pretty simple job!
