Default My car is cursed.... Is it illegal to.....

G'day guys.

So my daily driver has been cursed since the day I bought it.
I'm not going into details about what model it is but I bought it a few years ago second hand and I woke up one morning to find the rear door fully dented in with no explanation on how it happened.
Then a few months later I noticed my bumper has been hit by a reversing car with a tow ball and punctured the bar.
Then this morning I noticed the rear bumper has been side swiped.

The vehicle is not insured for full comprehension only 3rd party.
And this post is not designed for a debate on what insurance I or others should have but I'm thinking if I change it to full comprehension then further down the track just claim car park damage and get it fixed with only paying the excess.

Just wanting to know if this is illegal? Or?

It is criminal fraud. You would be stealing by deception and if you are lucky will just get a fine, suspended sentence and criminal record as well as probably never being eligible for insurance and therefore car finance EVER.
