Most reputable suppliers should be able to offer you reconditioned upper and lower arms on exchange. It will be cheaper & faster than pressing new bushes into your old arms, and you'll get new ball joints as well.

I've been looking at bushes, too, and came across Polytuff. I haven't bought any, as yet, but got a price from Michael Stone, 07 3265 7135, of Polytuff.

(I declare I have no commercial or personal connection wit Polytuff or Michael Stone)

Exchange units sounds like a good idea if you're doing it yourself, as others here suggest.
