Just finished watching an episode of "Ultimate Factories" on 7mate.
Tonight's show was about the Bugatti Veyron, an insight into all the handmade parts like the brake rotors, tyres, engine, transmission, exhaust, fuel tank etc. and the final assembly where the front & rear sections are joined together with just 14 titanium bolts worth $100 each. Ok the show is dumbed down a little for the general public, but it really makes you appreciate the time & money required to achieve .......... perfection. Will keep an eye out if its on again, well worth a watch !! And yes, i remember them saying the tyres were rated for another 20mph after the speed limiter |
