Evening all,
Just doing a bit of future car research (Titanium Hatchback Ecoboost) and got a couple of somewhat quirky/specific questions: - Do the rear seats in the hatchback (Titanium) fold flat or close to flat - either with or without the headrests? - Does anyone hear mountain bike? Love to know if your 29er fits in the rear with the seats down without taking both wheels off? Thanks in advance! |

OK, base of seat tumbles forward, back of seat folds almost flat without removing headrests. With space saver spare - this leaves an approx 75mm step from boot floor to back of seat; with full size spare option boot floor is same level as folded seat back.
Dont have a mountain bike, but with rear seat folded flat the area is approx the same size as a double bed - I'm 6'4" and there is enough room to stretch out and sleep comfortably. |

Thanks JimStone - that sounds very promising indeed. Even if I can just leave rear wheel on and take off the front, I'll be a happy man.
