i thought i would add one more to the list, another one that Livernois has had a hand in, this they have nicknamed the GT1000R well because it makes over a 1000hp. weighs 4200lbs has run a best of 9.70@148 with 862rwhp, the combo has been stepped up a little since then and they went out testing a couple days back. ran 2 9.8's @ 150 1 pass on M/T slicks and 1 pass on M/T ET Streets
video of the run http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGyvwYNhE8k here is the build blog, has a heap of photo's and a list of what is in it, enjoy!! http://www.livernoismotorsports.com/...helby-gt1000r/ |

that's impressive.
I was watching a few Commodores running 10's at Willowbank with the T56, it looks oh so brutal but you have to respect the driver's when they get it right.

Al's car wasn't much of a street car in those days, it's pretty much same spec as Brandon's, lightened, toughened *** end and 3000lbs. |

not a Ford and quicker than 9-sec, this is super impressive. 8.89@160+ daily driven, street raced every night. Full interior minus back seat. This was with a 3.0L/76mm turbo/E85 and is still a factory 6spd transmission, had AC, heater, nav, etc.

Love the sound of a manual down the strip.

And that's just a completely standard T6060? That's crazy.
Can't believe how dangerous that weight shift on gear change could be.
