Same here Excpcet for the 6&7 letter combos that are 2400 & 3200 each :(

One Combo was sold on a car that was listed on here 180 months ago. The one combo I really wanted & could actually afford. Few months before it popped up in the sales thread on the car, it was listed as available. Dpube :(

I bought my first plates "CYO73" as the plates I really wanted were not available because they hadn't sold.enough of the 3 letter 2 number variety in the combination i wanted. I'm not sure why this was a problem, but it was.

When ppq upgraded their website I managed to get my COY073 plate I had been waiting 4 years for.
And most people can't even tell the difference lol :/ I even confused the transport person I spoke to when changing the rego details.

I'm not sure if they just sold enough of the 3 letter 2 number variety or just forgot to put a block on the 3x3 plates I wanted..but I'm not complaining.

Great find!!

The price of plates is, frankly, a massive rip off, especially the "prestige" ones costing over two grand...it's a cheap piece of printed plastic for fox sake!! Maybe twenty cents of materials and five minutes on a computer to set the printing. Big deal.

Metal ones, the lower priced ones, are I suppose reasonable and understandable, as someone has to set up the press and make them individually instead of just having them slapped out of a machine by the hundred.
