The club traditionally books a number of spots, so that we can all park together. This is why we ask for numbers and up front payments.

People can simply turn up on the day.

Depending on the physical area that they have allocated, we can usually get everyone together... Sometimes people drop out at the last minute, for various reasons, others find the time to turn up.... This year it looks like it is a different venue , so who knows how it's going to work??

Hope to see you there....

I want to come, and the plan is for me and the young bloke to pop over for a few hours at the least.

I just dont want to book, and then the baby arrives later than expected i.e. that weekend

When the baby comes, i will let you all know, and see if there is a spot to tag along

if not, its no biggie !!

If you are planning to come for only a couple of hours, then you can arrive at any time, and park in public car park. No need to book, and you can then pop over to where the cars are on display.

The organisors prefer to have show cars arrive early, and leave late, as moving cars through public causes all kinds of pottential accidents with joe public.

Hope this helps, park in public, and come and go as you please.... Especially useful with the young chap...

Well, a thoroughly enjoyable bowling evening, and then some moments of fun, with flying slot cars, careering off the track... (After some modification of track voltage by un-named parties).....
Quick track, and some not so grippy cars....
