hey guys i got a '93 model XG with sum old genie headers and a K&N filter which i will b makin a custom cold air intake eventually (hopefully soon), i was wondering on the cam, what could i do there without going over board and spending heaps of money, just want sum more grunt and power

Wade make some decent cams for $120 or so swapover. Something like the 1004-114, 1004-112 or the 1636.

do you know when wade cams will be back from the holidays? i sent an email but havent heard back yet. just looking for their high torque cam and see how much it is

When it comes to most auto sites email is useless. Give em a call.
Port and polish will cost $400+ but dont worry about that for a while. The heads are good for lots of power in stock form.

Replace the pipe from TB to the air box with some intake pipe from autobarn, cost bout $26... the advantage is that the pipe clamps to the outside of your air box hole and doesnt go into the inside of your air box hole.
