Not comfortable? geez we've done countless interstate trips and no complaints here.

BA seats are not a straight swap.

BA seats are very different and won't legally fit without major work and an engineers report. leave out the engineers report at your peril, if you're in an accident without it you'll be in court forever and very poor.
you can get a trimmer to re-upholster your seat with different padding to suit you

Thanks for replies chaps

Looks like that's my only option

Its just such a huge difference from my NC I'm just not use to it

Feels like its missing an adjustment i can't get the seat to recline in the right position for my height preference

Don't know about anyone else but the LTD seats in my Sportsman are some of the most comfortable I've ever sat in in a Ford. The 10 way electric seats are adjustable every which way and I've been known to do 1000km in a day in them and get out not feeling stiff.

I agree Bushy. Maybe that is an option NCII40. Find someone with a Sportsman or LTD, go for a drive and see if they are better for you? At least you will know, and have something to search for and be a direct swap.

I was going to say the same thing..
The seats in the wife's 75th Anniversary are the most comfortable AU seats that I've sat in. Soft leather and very supportive. Also, with the 10-way electrics, there is a great capabilities for adjusting it to be perfect.

I prefer them over the TL50 seats in mine..

Great for long trips..
