Default What was that ad for?

Please help, seen an ad on tele the other day, and i thought it was pretty funny, but haven't seen it since, no-one i know has seen it, and an internet search has come up empty.

The ad is for toenail fungas i think, and if my memory serves me, it has a dog in it that collects stuff for his owner, until he ask's him to get his slippers for him.
The dog then plays dead, "ain't no way i'm touchin' them" he thinks to himself, as the owner approaches the dog, still playing dead, he growls and shows his teeth. I know it doesn't sound that funny, but reminds me so much of my recently passed canine. Please if you know what the ad is for, or where i can see it again please help

That's the one. Dog is asked to get his master his slippers and growls at him and his manky nails.
