Default Syncing photos between my IOS devices?

Hi all, I've been a android fan for a long time but recently decided to give apple ago.

I have a iPhone 4 and a ipad 4th gen, is there anyway to sync the photos between my 2 devices without having to use iTunes and a computer?

Thanks.

You need an iTunes account for Photo Stream, but you don't need a computer!

Assuming you've already got an iTunes account?

If so, on both devices, go to setting/iCloud then scroll down to Photo Stream. Set to "On". Back out to settings and scroll down to Photos and Camera and double check that Photo Stream is also set to "On" (should be anyway).

Here's a link that should help.
