Default how much power can a 1.6 crossflow handle

hi guys im thinking of turboing my 1.6 crossflow and i was just wondering how much power it can handle before i would have to upgrade the internals

Have a look a "burtons" website they give good guides on power outputs and work on Kent and Pinto engines
