stock XR springs are basically the same as Kings Lows so if you just want to go down 1 level go the Superlows.
If you want it to sit flat and low you should go SL front and SSL rear as it will flatten it out.

if thats true, does that mean that if there was stock XR front and kings SL rear, the car would sit flat as well?

Yes - and why wouldn't it be true? Difference between each height is 10 to 15mm.

i wasnt doubting it was true, i was just curious. i reccon you should just flatten it out at the back xr6 ausome, that would look better than it does now and is not too low. i have already squashed some body rail under my car from bottoming out, and i only have stock XR setup atm too! :

it wasnt even a speed hump, it was the ИИИИty surface of Little Lonsdale st out side strike bowling in QV there. must have been a pot hole or something.

i have nfi where that is :

even so, i wouldnt blame you if it was a speed hump. ive bottomed out my stock height car on speed bumps at uni, cause they have been massive. i think its the towbar.
