I had an issue with Ford (in Melbourne) that was never resolved until I spoke with Peter Allan, dealer principle at Gympie's Action Ford.
I can't thank him enough for his honesty and integrity in sorting out the problem as swiftly as he did. Credit where credits due... just wanted to thank him for his support. His dealership is a credit to him. |

Is this concerning your 18 inch alloy rims? Are they fitted now?
Sounds like you got a great outcome considering your cars 12 months old!
