Ok, I know this is not Capri / Escort / Cortina...but they share the same DNA.
But.... Talking to someone on Sunday at the Terribly British Day here in CBR, and they were looking to increase the cooling of their 105E Anglia, preferably with a larger belt driven metal blade. They were not wanting to go the electric fan route in order to preserve the original look. I see elsewhere that 997cc came with an 8"x2" single blade, but 1200cc came with 10.5"x2.25". And that it was possible to add another single balde at 90deg to give four blade cooling. Also it seems a Cortina 1/2 pre-crossflow 11"x.25" is an option but is a tight fit. Any suggestions of other options or if someone has a larger blade that would fit the Anglia would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. |

Sorry, I cant help directly with that, but I installed an electric fan on the front of the radiator. You cant see it unless you get up close to the grille, but the bolts through the radiator are a bit of a giveaway. I am running an Escort 1600cc motor and had now room at all for any fan on front of the motor.
