Any chance front gearbox seal has leaked into it?

Ive never heard of an extreme clutch failing before, but suppose every brand has its duds.

Organic or Ceramic?

I have a 900kg organic one, same as stockstandard and im in the same boat. I havent felt any slip and I've actualy tried to make it slip in 3rd and 4th, but no deal.

Chances are your box front seal or rear main seal are leaking.

stupid question... thrust bearing lubed up nicely, no friction on the shaft? might not be disengaging properly?

re-adjust it?
If you take it back to where you got it, they may foul it on abuse and refuse to replace it, even though its under warrenty, its happened to one of my mates with a toyota corona of all things.

HAve u got Free play in the bell housing.. LIke can u manualy move the clutch fork back and foward... Iff youre pedal height is to hi it could be holding pressure one the diaphram. When my last cluch disk wore out the fork was hard against the bell housing this made it so the pressure plate couldnt clamp the disk..

But the main thing as ive said id be checkin is that u have freeplay in the clutch fork/ and u should be able to lift youre clutch pedal by hand to. If its firm its holding pressure on the clutch

yep very light. I used to drive a Hyundai Accent for work and the Xtreme clutch was about as light as the Hyundai's. It took ages to get used to and just didn't seem right behind a Falcon, but obviously it is cause heaps of other people are running Xtreme's and they all say the same thing. Very good clutch IMO.
