Hi Everyone,
I recently received an order from the U.S. which was incorrect.( a shirt $100).In the last 8 days,I have sent 3 e-mails and phoned twice (just get answering machine) but have had no reply. I am not sure what to try next. Any suggestions? Anyone live in downtown LA that can pay them a visit? Merry Christmas Pete |

if you paid by credit card, dispute the transaction.

It could depend on how you paid, as above.
If with credit card or Paypal you have a few avenues to follow. Time is a factor, so don't wait for an email reply, or let them convince you that they are on the case, and tell you to drop the dispute. If all else fails. Hit every ratings site / product satisfaction site and bad mouth them... telling them you are going to do it by X days of course in the hope it triggers a response. Worked for me, no business wants bad press, especially over such a small amount.

Just remember to take into account the time difference and the holiday season, If you paid by CC no need to fret, make a claim if no response.
I do quite a lot of correspondence and importing from the states and it can take up to 4 days to reply with some of my smaller "country" wholesalers. .

Thanks guys, yes I did pay using paypal so I will try them before going down the badmouth routine. 9 days should be long enough for a response though.

They may try to convince you that the problem will be fixed and to drop the dispute beforehand. Don't, because once you say the dispute is resolved it cannot be opened again.
