The problem with buying expensive items such as TV's from overseas, is that you do not get the warranty, unless you return the item back to the original seller or country.

Lots of people get caught out like this, think they are saving $500. The problem is when the TV breaks down and that $500 saving makes your $1000 TV a paperweight because the cost to send it back to the original seller is more than the cost to repair the TV.

Half of the advertised stuff Hardly Normal do is bull.

They will have their TV specials saying how much it is but the price and stock will be different at a franchised store.

They have already been made to apologise in the papers and have been fined by the ACCC and they still do it.
