Capital All Ford Day 2014 - Meet & Greet

I've been given the nod to find a venue for a 'Meet And Greet' on the Saturday night (March 1). I'm looking at a couple of ideas.

Can I get a rough idea of numbers?

Knowing most will likely be in their entered vehicle I would prefer to find somewhere people don't have to worry about their cars, and also relatively easy to find/get to. It's a bit problematic really, but I'm happy to put something together if that is what people want.

Nothing real flash, just a steakhouse. I'm thinking El Dorado's in Dickson, as it is fairly well located, and there is a ton of parking in front, opposite, and just up the street a little.

The sooner the numbers, the better, as I can ring and try and get some seating booked.

I have 10 interstaters saying they are coming. By the looks of it Ray and Chris are going solo, is that right?

I'll allow an extra two spots in case Stu and Jo can make it.

Anybody in the club FB group automatically gets an invite, and I'm having the interstaters [that already confirmed] invited by a mutual friend. I'll also keep an eye on this thread to keep the numbers up to date.

Why have you closed it out so early Quasi? Surely with at least a couple of weeks to go you could hold off on the booking?

I haven't closed it out. As I said I have made a booking for 16 and can change the numbers with the venue in another week, or so. I had to get the booking in, or we may have ended up standing out at a hot dog caravan.

Yes, it should be good. It's been a while since I was there. The last time was a club dinner too.
