Fantastic to see the seniority of positions these women hold. Also to note is the first female CEO of General Motors, Marry Barra.

What was the car company that had a female head of design who got the male designers to dress in skirts and high heels and try and get in and out of proposed designs to make sure they were designing them with women in mind? It was several years ago now...can't remember which of the big companies it was.
Of course, the first question I would have asked if I was one of those men was "What sort of idiot tries to drive a car in high heels...?" |

Isnt women the reason all cars now have pull out type door handles? They didnt like those lift up type handles as it could damage their nails.

I think that's a bit of a tall tail...pull type handles are much more ergonomic and easier to use...

Easier to use... great for kids to pull on unless they slip into oncoming traffic, there's no real reason for those handles unless a head injury has been inflicted..

C'mon guys at least they're not on the production line fitting pistons and rings and bearings...
We ALL have to recognise (and rightfully so) that women/females are having much more influence in industries that we may like but its time for equal wages etc etc. and more input from these girls that want to 'put in' the hard yards. I think it is great personally......Apart from driving with highheels of course! |
