Default Packer Vs Gyngell

Just saw channel 7's take on the punchup...
My very first thought was... What a breath of fresh air!
Two (obviously) great mates having a crack.. I mean, who hasn't punched on with their best mate or even, Best Man??
Not only has it lifted my opinion of these top of the tree fat cats, it has "humanised" them both enormously!

Just confirms Packers own recent statement that his personal life is in turmoil.

He's focused too much on the wrong thing, money, at the expense of friendships and relationships.

His old man really screwed him up in the head

I thought packer would be odds on favourite with the weight, height and reach advantage..

But Gyngell I beleive has a martial arts background and chopped down the big tree with a few slashes..

I think the decision has to go with Gyngell for the win.

When I bought my st while I waited the 4 months for it to arrive I tried selling my XR8 privately but gave up the market for v8's is dying in the end I traded it in, they offered me $7000 which is a good price. But I wasn't fussed its the change over you have to worry about. And also one way dealerships inflate a trade in value is to take the money off the new car in the deal so on paper it looks like you got more for your car but in reality you didn't.

Now, if parliamentarians/governments are responding to public outrage over soft sentences for violent crimes by implementing mandatory sentencing, forcing the judiciary to take the public interest into account and set a baseline for what it considers an appropriate punishment for violent crime, who indeed is "out of touch with society?" Here's a hint: it's not the lawmakers.

I see Gyngell is taking the fall for it to take the heat off Packer.

Both combatants have been fined with "offensive behaviour" and hit with $500 each. Thankful for both, wealthy people being seen in public dressed like bogans is still OK! Great role models...

Still not a good look, if it was a criminal conviction then Packer would be in breach of various Casio licensing regulations, travel to the USA would become problematic.

The various casino and business deals currently on Packer's plate will now be further scrutinised - he could be declared not fit (no pun intended).

The " joke " is as was mentioned numerous pages and endless hours of media coverage devoted to what used to be classed as normal Australian behaviour .
