Hi,
Just about to sell my turbo to a buyer who is buying for his brother (i'm in toowoomba he's in brisbane) just so you read it before you comment I HAVE THE MONEY! buyer im in contact with has qld license all checks out, brother has indian drivers license and qld 18+ card. Can I transfer the rego to the brother if he only has 18+ card, does this satisfy as a qld transport CRN? help appreciated, i'm of the opinion that the fellow with the qld transport license should buy and transfer to brother later, stamp duty exemption applies between direct relatives. but it's all a little dicey. if i didn't have the money already i'd probably walk. |

I'm almost 100% certain it needs to be a valid driver's license.

You need a licence to Drive a car, I wouldn't think you'd need one to own a car.
(if you do, how does a registered businesses get a drivers licence for the company cars
