They are glued down to the sill, if they are glued properly you won't see that bow.

Awesome, so just with something like sikaflex i take it?
What about cracks? can it be diy plastic welded or best have it done professionally? |

Yeh sikaflex would work. I would have cracks fixed professionally by bumper people, but it also depends how big and how visible.
