Time for a Rant - Neighbours Kids Kicking Football at my Cars

I had a case where a gardner showered my car with rocks deliberately while whippersnipering the council verge(he waited till i got there then filled me in) i got out and abused the guy then drove straight to the cop shop across the road,they informed me"to prove someones intent to do said actions is virtually impossible and basically i cant do anything about it..."
I would say its no different in your case,how do you prove they intentionally did it?
Video footage would be good,i have cc tv at my house...

just be friendly and have a kick with them. it will defuse the situation pretty quick if you get on with them. they will get over trying to annoy you if you dont react.

Agree totally , yep in the old days you would go out for a kick but it wasn't the football . it was their butt and nine times out of ten the parents would be in agreement . Suppose it was how you were brought up . Respect . He is retired why should he have to be a childminder / father figure ? I reckon if any one was in the same position they would be bitching too . Dropkick parents breed dropkick kids end of story .

Mine aren't on the nature strip or verge but on my lawn and my property between the front door and the verge lawn.
