High guys, anyone replaced the gear in the drivers door lock actuator with a new ebay replacement gear / cog? Ive read a couple of times that they can fail after a period of couple of months & was wondering if any AFF members with AU's had any experiences like that, or can they confirm if they are good enough for the job.
cheers, Maka

I had to do two on our old Fairlane, both lasted about 4 years, then we sold it.
Bought both from this place, they're both good and fast. http://stores.ebay.com.au/STRUT-ACTU...=p4634.c0.m322

I remember the first one I bought. Seeing as he has his ph number on his ebay ads, I rang him on a Sat afternoon.
He had the phone diverted to his mobile and answered it from a Golf course! If you live in the Melb area you can pick them up, but you're out Moree way aren't you? A bit far to drive
