Wow. Good job Jason. I hope you didn't have all that stuff in the garage while you were working on it. You wouldn't have much room to move!

The designer of the garage obviously didnt take into account that E-series owners use them too

I reckon a EF/EL dash would go better with the shifter... u plan to do it?

Nope, I want to keep it looking ea-ish : , I am re-trimming interior parts in a lighter colour though.

Well the steering rack is in, the steering column is in now, I think I can put the fenders and bumper back on :sm_headba

My eyes stopped at the headlights in the 1st pic... Damn you!

On that note: oi Wayne source me some ex-BA lights for AFD :P I'll make it worth your while ;) ;)

Glad its comming along jase, last time jack and I saw it I was amazed at all the effort your going to with the wiring.

Hope to see it at AFD and I will have to be there when it cranks over :P lets hope round two doesnt have an afterburner effect

well another major event just happened, although I dont have it all bolted back together, like maifolds etc back on, I decided to test the electrics, I connected the battery and absolutley no power (but nothing fried either ), so I though just great, then I remebered the alternator goes direct to the battery, in my efforts for clean wiring I overlooked this, so I made another bit of loom up and hey presto, I got power, the trip works, the dash works, the lights work, the EF steering column is all working, and the fuel pump primed petrol all over the place, ahhh the sweet smell of petrol, then I got dizzy and came inside.

I am feeling like this car might actually start when I attempt it (well I bloody hope it does)
