It looks as though they went to old mate Bob Jane for some cheap wheels on the King Cobra.
Not a fan of it. The bottom two look bloody awesome I reckon. |

The King Cobra is being shown at SEMA. Cars tend to be gaudy there.
And let's not forget its namesake:

The Mustang's 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine was also of particular interest this year. One tuner, called Full-Race Motorsports, amped the power from the engine's stock 310-hp rating to more than 500 hp in a kit dubbed the "FreakoBoost."
would like know what they did to that.. that's unreal

I finally saw some 2015 Mustangs (all three variants) in person last weekend. The taillights are incredibly bright.

I liked them. They look much lower than the previous model, but I think they're only about an inch lower. Fit and finish looks nice.
I have no idea how they'll sell in Australia, but I'm sure they'll do well in the US, especially in my area. (They just came out here, and I saw three GTs, an EcoBoost, and a V6 at the same car cruise.) There seems to be resentment among many Aussies toward the Mustang and Ford in particular, and the US in general. The end of Falcon production won't help for the anti-US faction, but the rabid pro-Ford faction should like it. I haven't driven, ridden in, or even sat in one yet, but I'm sure they ride better than previous versions simply due to the addition of IRS. Power should be adequate in all versions. Handling should be sufficient, but I've read plenty of criticism already (a little awkwardness in turns and some numbness in electronic power steering). Straight-line performance should be exemplary as always. The more I see the car the more I realize the styling owes a bit to the current Camaro in the bulgy fenders, but the car is smaller and lower, the front and rear look nothing like the Camaro (the Mustang tapers nicely at the rear, avoiding the Camaro's gigantic blocky ****), and the roofline is a graceful fastback.

RTR Spec 2 and 5 in action.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PPLHbWaHB-Y FYI, I am not a fan of drifting. Quote:
SEMA is aftermarket, these wild looking and at times over done cars are all about marketing, which can grab attention and then draw attention that that tuner/modifier/after market company's products.

I'm gonna miss the Aussie musclecar. Agree SEMA tuners simply made it look even more rice than it is, those things look 5 years old already. |

Why so much bitchin about the Mustang..seriously.
The only thing I can say is it just amazes me how they can find such horrible rims to put on these cars. The King Cobra's are like 70's trash. GM and Dodge both do it too.
