Anybody got any tips on what to look for next?!?!
The mighty 5.0 winds over but wont fire up & run for whatever reason. The fuel pump can be heard running then stops like it should (when relay turns it off) as I hit the key & the car has over a quarter of a tank of petrol. I fitted up the timing light to a plug lead & as the Uncle hit the key it looks like no spark as the timing light didn't light up?!?! What are common ignition/electrical faults to start searching for??

Check power at the coil first. (at least that is easy to do on a 5.0).

Oooops, my bad.
Turns out I had the interior light fuse removed & forgot to replace it so each time I would unlock the car the smart lock wouldn't mobilise it due to the interior light not illuminating.
