what can be appiied to the steering wheel and armrest handle to restore the shine due to the sun and use of the handle. thanks

You could try a leather treatment product but I'd be wary of residue on the steering wheel.
I think the stock steering wheel is imitation leather anyhow. The arm rest handle could be removed & painted with some colour matched vinyl paint maybe? |
