How many pins do they have EF and AU have 104 pins or so, and EL will have 60 pins for a start.

95DA FA12650 AC - XH series 1 6 cyl manual. - 60 pin plug
96DA FA12650 GC - El V8 auto with 3.23 diff ratio. This is all vehicles not including XR8
96DA FA12650 FC - EL V8 manual sedan (XR8)
96DT FA12650 BE - EL 6cyl auto with 3.08 or 3.23 diff. (GLi or Futura)
96DT FA12650 EE - EL 6 cyl LPG auto 3.08 or 3.23 diff. (sedan and wagon)
96DA FA12650 JC - EL Fairmont Ghia Auto with 3.45 diff (XR6 Spec)

Copied from another of my threads.

The first you have is 6cyl auto gli or futura
2nd MAY be a cop ecu, the N rings a bell as being a cop ecu for some reason
The third is an EL Ghia ecu.

The ECU code is as whats said above, 6DJA means Standard car, J is the model code, A is the revision level. Its interesting that in the EL Ghia's despite having the tickford engine the ECU doesnt have a 6T code.
