Default Map Apps

Ok guys what map apps are you using. I am looking for something that I can use offline easily as I travel where there is no phone service often. I am running Android. Please let me know your recommendations.

Thanks in advance.

Default Re: Map Apps

HERE maps is great. Made by Nokia, it has recently made its way over to Android and iOS from Windows Phone.
I have found it useful. Maps are downloadable and can be used completely offline. Seems to work fine on Android when tested on Dad's Samsung.
