Hi guys, Im chasing a complete cruise control setup for a 2000 AU2 Falcon Wagon, automatic.
Does anyone have a kit for sale? Or is the guy on eBay still doing it? I couldn't find anything on there at the moment (full kits that is, plenty of parts on there though) Thanks, Mark |

Yeah, i got one for sale, was gonna put it on my car, but i cbf'd as now the car is just a short trips runner.
Full kit, taken from a 2001 Forte wagon. Module, cables, stalks, buttons, i think i even flogged the steering wheel. I think I paid $150 for it, you can have it for $100 pp. Or pickup if you're in bne.

Sounds great, I'll take it, will PM you for details.
What else will I need, isn't there a pressure switch or something that is needed as well? Do you know if there is a good thread or step-by-step guide on the net somewhere on how to fit it? What else is involved, will I need to take it to a Ford dealer afterwards to have it activated or something? Thanks, Mark |

there is a switch that goes on the brake master cylinder, there should be a bolt in it at the moment.
you will need to remove the air bag and steering wheel and the steering column surround , follow the wires and disconnect plugs as needed , install new combination switch and buttons accordingly. DO NOT REMOVE CLOCK SPRING,put it all back together. you will need to disconnect the brake warning plug, power steering switch, windscreen wipers. get in under the dash and look at the back of the fuse panel, you will see an orange plug, release the leaver and pull it back, carefully feed the old loom out of the car, feed the new loom in , can be difficult, replug orange plug in back of fuse panel, connect up all engine bay plugs, hope in car turn ignition and switch cruise on , light should light up on dash, take for test, if it works enjoy , if not retrace installation.
