Good news for Geelong manufacturing.
In the local paper here today... Ford global is sourcing wheels for the Mustang from a small Geelong manufacturing plant. Lightweight carbon fibre wheels, invented right here. At least some Australian content/jobs in the new Mustang ....

Agree - love to have a set ,however, at $8,000 a wheel($32,000 a set) , it's a little too rich for my pocket ...

Ford must be getting a good deal the car is cira $65k....its in its infancy for a production car though.
