I wouldn't imagine it will until they get to the point of needing extra sales, which just after the launch of the new models probably won't be anytime soon.

But i'm sure it will happen again at some point.

Do they ever do it to clear run out stock? Like on FG mkII for example.

That's the only way they do it.

If, and I say if it comes back. You would expect it to be feb or March and only apply to 2014 product. So if you have a particular colour or option you want move quick.
