 OK ! I'm more interested in going to this event, over going to the Paterson Show. Strategically for the Club, this would be the event to go to promote the Club.

Ok, so we need to know the following,,,,
* Where are we meeting * What time are we meeting * Are we taking the trailer * Is the club to cover food, or do we bring our own, Poole bring a mix, and mix and match what people have brought to make a meal? * As it is a larger event, are we organising to bring extra flyers, leaflets, business cards, so we can try and attract new members? .... A few things to consider, and we can discuss at next meeting. See you all at the bowling club, looking for your input....... Please....
